Instruct one of our registered agent to file a copy of the UK registration with CIIPO

Your registered IP agent will submit the request for a recording of the UK design right.

Your design right will be published in the Intellectual Property Gazette

Your agent will receive a Certificate of Recording for the registration of your design right.
